Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
Great recipe just tooooooo much salt! I followed the recipe, but I adjusted the salt because it seemed like too much and even cutting the salt to almost 1/2 it was still way too salty. Other than that it came out really good.

Thai Chicken Balls

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2009
My fiance liked these a lot, but i didn't care much for them at all. Not enough flavor for my palet. If I was ever to make again, I would add garlic, ginger, seasoned salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes!!!! But thanks for sharing anyways=)

This came out great! Like another reviewer, I think next time I'm going to lower the rack, cause the bacon was turning a lil too brown! Other than that, it came out very juicy and just enough pink!!! thanks=)

Lemon Garlic Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
I have to say that the finished product looked beautiful. However, the lemon was too overpowering for us. I'm not going to make these again... but I will use the basis of this recipe to create my own version=)

I love this recipe! Very hearty and very filling. I have a very similiar version of this recipe that I've been making for years! Sometimes I make a breakfast version and add scrambled eggs and use red potatoes. YUMMY=) I even sometimes make without potatoes and serve over rice!!! Also very yummy=)

Sauteed Green Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
okay, so I wasn't able to follow the recipe to a tee (seeing as how I didn't have any slivered almonds on hand), but it still turned out oh so good! That, and I added a lil red crushed pepper towards the very end of cooking, which added just enough spice to the green beans! My boyfriend raved over these beans! Definetly going to make again! YUMMY!! thanks for sharing!!!

YUMMY!!!! I used the bicuits out of the can, simply cause it was in my fridge. But the gravy was terrific!! I used spicy ground sausage since i was making it for dinner, and it gave it that lil extra kick! I made it just last night and my boyfriend is already asking when I'm planning on making it again! Thanks for sharing=)

Eggplant Tomato Bake

I liked this recipe! I baked the pasta noodles in with the eggplant, tomatoes, and cheese. And used olive oil instead of peanut oil and added some garlic when I fried the egg plant. Loved the fried eggplant by itself! Definetly gonna use that as an appetizer in the near future. Thanks for sharing=)
