Followed recipe to the letter. I loved it. Husband thought it a bit too spicy. But I will do it again!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
Even finicky husband like this. Usually doesn't like to stray away from the typical pumpkin pie, but enjoyed this so much he had seconds. Was very good. Set well. There was more than enough to fill the 9-inch pie pan so made a small one on the side but other than that..great.

Yum! This is such a great recipe! The only change I made was following other reviewers advice and I added a bit more lemon juice. It came out perfectly. I made it for Thanksgiving and it got great reviews from everyone.

Habanero Hellfire Chili

Fantastic chili. Although next time I would use diced tomatoes instead of whole tomatoes and leave some of the seeds in the habanero chiles. Maybe 2 for starters. Loved it and definatly will make again.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
I loved this recipe! It was very easy and Very good. I was worried that the meatballs wouldn't be cooked all the way so I popped them in the oven for about 5 minutes before I added them to the sauce. I didn't have time to let it simmer for very long but it was still wonderful!

Peach Praline Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
This recipe makes really yummy muffins. I used frozen peaches and made ~30 mini muffins, and it turned out great. Be sure to not overfill the cups, otherwise the topping won't stay on properly. Very nice.

They were hard as a rock on the outside. I kept adding flour, but ended up dumping the whole thing. There has to be a better reciepe out there.

I hate peanut butter cups, but I like these. Most people raved about them. I did adjust the recipe to use more peanut butter and less butter, for better flavor.

This was SO great! I love this recipe. Just make sure to flatten the chicken pretty thin. Other wise you get too much chicken and too little cheese/ham flavor. thanks!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: May 2, 2009
My family actually likes this recipe the best of all pizza crusts I have tried. They like that it gets crisp on the bottom, even if baked on a cookie sheet. I usually add some seasoning to the crust, such as garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and sometimes some Italian seasoning. It is very good, no complaints from me and it is ready FAST!

Broccoli Ham Ring

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
Okay, here is what I did that my family LOVED! I used chopped up ham lunch meat, a lot of shredded colby jack cheese, 1/2 c to 1 c sour cream, about 1 T mustard, garlic power, and salt. I used my food processor to chop up celery and onion and then softened them in butter over med low heat. I steamed a lot of broccoli. Mixed it all together and put it on the laid out crescent rolls. I also melted butter and used a pastry brush to cover the top and sides of the crescent ring before baking.
