About me:
I'm in sales and very busy, but I cook to unwind. I really enjoy it and will often have the breadmaker, slowcooker, oven and KitchenAid going at the same time. My other hobbies are reading, working out, fashion and music music music :-) My husband is a musician so its a very big part of our life. I also volunteer for a great organization called co-abode (co-abode.com), and have very recently taken up photography.

Excellent dish I have made it several times. Family and friends love it too. I have had to give the recipe out to a couple of people and they have had to give it out also. So it definitely circulating. Love it.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed on Mar. 17, 2008 by Josephina
absolutely wonderful. I made 2 dozen in 1 day. They where a hit. I had alittle trouble rolling the dough into a rectangle but with practice i will get it. I may cut them alittle thinner next time so they aren't so huge. But they were great! This one is a keeper.

Banana Nut Bread I

Reviewed on Mar. 10, 2008 by Josephina
Wonderful! My family and friends loved it. I followed some of the other viewers tips about the butter instead of shortening and 2 cups of bananas and I added cinamon. This is a keeper. It was so moist. I also topped it with powdered sugar. Yum!
