No Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed on Aug. 28, 2008 by Miss Kitty
I was looking for a way to use up some left over roast beef with a gravy and some noodles and this fit the bill perfectly and it was A+++ delicious. I didn't make any other changes to the recipe.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed on Aug. 27, 2008 by Miss Kitty
Fabulous soup. I cut the amount of processed cheese to 2 lbs and added 1 lb of cheddar as others recommended. I don't know if it made a difference or not but it is an excellent soup. I will most definetly make it again. When they say it makes a lot, trust them. My 6 quart stock pot wasn't big enough.

Florns' Chinese Steamed Fish

Reviewed on Aug. 19, 2008 by tigo
Put all the ingredients on a ceramic plate so that all the juices catch when the fish is cooked. The juices are pretty good on rice and the fish itself.
