Anaheim Fish Tacos

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2009
These were pretty good. The veggies & broth were very good. There wasn't enough flavor on the fish itself for my taste, so next time I will season the fish before I cook it. But all together very tasty. :)

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
This was really good! It had really good flavor, however it needed a little more "oomph" with the spices for my family's taste. Also, next time i'll be adding more sauce & cottage cheese. I would love to try it with spinach as well! All in all, a very good tasting dish and am definately making it again! :)

Asian Chicken Salad

Excellent dressing but use a little less oil. I use a rotisserie chicken to save time. I also add peapods/red bell pepper/mandarin oranges/toasted almonds. Yummy. Tastes like Wendy's asian dressing which is phenomenal.

Great sandwich. Our local favorite deli makes similar sandwich. Try adding sprouts, remove walnuts, maybe a pinch of sunflower seeds instead. Yum.

OMG this is the recipe I have been looking for. 30 years ago I was in love with the pb rice crispy treats they served for breakfast in my school cafeteria. This is it. Chewy, peanut buttery yumminess. THANK YOU!

This is a great basic recipe for brownies! Though you might want to double the recipe and instead of doubling the eggs to 4, just use 3!! Moist, delicious, easy.

Great. I discovered I didn't have any cumin, substituted cayene pepper in same amount, seemed to work just fine.

Very good, very easy. Initial bite it seemed too salty, but after the second shrimp it was just right. Entire pound of shrimp was devoured within minutes of hitting the table.

Let me tell you....I have made SO MANY crust recipes.....and have yet to come across one as good as this.....so easy...I can't believe I never came across this one......it is definitely a keeper....the buttery flavor just can't be beat by crisco or butter crisco....you can't duplicate the flavor of REAL BUTTER!!!!!!! The texture was right on...buttery, flaky, rolled out very easily.....delicious......

Thai Chicken Balls

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
Awesome...I did follow the recipe and after frying 1 meatball to do a taste test I wanted more lemon. I added zest of 1 lemon, squeezed 1/2 the lemon and added 2 Tbls of soy sauce. This is a unique twist on meatballs if you wanted to serve them as an appetizer. A huge hit when I served this last week. Yum- great recipe, thanks for sharing.

Great basic recipe that stands by itself but I add the following to make it a bit more special: couple T bacon bits, handful of chopped fresh dill, squirt of dijon mustard. Once it's done, slice some extra hard boiled egg on top with a sprinkle of paprika

Very good. Still trying to figure out the yeast and rising - several times the yeast fails to proof (despite being new from store and not expired). Tried hotter water (115F) - seemed to work better.

For my first time this came out excellent!! I always preheat my oven to 200 then turn it off and place the dough with a damp towel over it with the door open to help it rise faster. Then I tried the suggestions of reviewers and pinched the dough to help it bubble, but forgot to cover while cooking. The size of the balls is a bit small for my preference and the temp of the stove was a bit high, other than that great recipe! I added 3 cloves minced garlic to the dough and 2 cloves to the butter. I keep the dough refrigerated and enjoy them for a few nights!! Fabulous!!

Very good. Especially w/minor taste changes. I put cheese and breadcrumbs on 1/2 of casserole and leave 1/2 w/out. That way I can have the 'slimmer' version while my husband doesn't care about calories...

Healing Cabbage Soup

When I first looked at the ingredients, I thought it was going to be pretty bland....well it wasn't...I did make some subtle changes.....I used 4 cubes of chicken bouillon cakes, 1 tsp. kosher salt, added about 1 cup or organic chicken broth, 1 whole onion instead of just a half, and 1 tsp. italian seasoning......so yummy, light and goes well with a sandwich for supper.....
