Chicken Nuggets

Made these along with some other appetizers to bring to a friends house, and wasnt really interested in eating them myself. After a couple compliments I tried them for myself and though they arent great I found myself back in the kitchen for more all night. Good basic recipe, easy too!

Chicken Enchiladas V

This was teriffic!! Only changes I made based on others reviews were to shred the chicken, double the sauce and use corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas. Loved It!!

Mashed Potato Layer Bake

Um, yeah. I probably about doubled the cheese cuz I always do. Mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, and cheese. The only way it would be better is if we found some way to add chocolate to it. Everyone liked this one. I did have to add a little milk to the white potatoes so they wouldn't be dry.
