This salad is great, very tasty! However, I'm not very fond of day-old-lettuce. Just be sure to eat it all the same day (no problem with that here!). ;)

I brought this to my small office of 8 people this morning and it was gone in less than 5 hours. Everybody who tried it loved it. I opted not to add the cherries (that kind of freaked me out a little). I was also out of walnuts (which it needed) and used golden raisins and applesauce. EXCELLENT! Thanks for the new recipe!

Potato Leek Soup III

This soup was absolutely PERFECT as far as potato leek soups go. The only changes I made were using half butter, half margarine; and using evaporated milk instead of heavy cream. Anyway, it was still very rich and creamy and delicious. My 2 year old daughter also loved it, though my picky husband and 4 yr. old son didn't care for it. Too bad for them...it was great!!

Black Magic Cake

This is so good! I made it as a bunt cake for Halloween, bore holes in it with a spoon and stuck in Chocolate Mice submitted by Rosina. Everyone was afraid to eat it but once they did they couldn't stop! Excellent chocolate cake!!! Thank you!

Chocolate Mice

These are so yummy and cute! I make them every Halloween with the Black Magic Cake on this site. I make holes in the bundt cake big enough to stick the mice in so it looks like a rat infested cake! People just LOVE it!

Super Bowl Bites

White Castle has nothing on these little morsels! My husband could not get enough! Made them twice, the first time I followed directions but the second time I found it easier to bake the frozen rolls per the package directions then slice them, add the meat mixture, top with processed cheese slices and serve. Man are these good! Must try!

Coconut Shrimp I
