Crustless Cheese Quiche

Reviewed on Apr. 7, 2008 by lizzibear
very good. it was my first time attempting a quiche. it was so easy and although it took longer to cook and had a lot of grease from the cheese and bacon (i think i added too much) But i drained it and continued cooking and had some left overs this morning. even my 2 year old ate it. really good

Mother's Pot Roast

Reviewed on Apr. 7, 2008 by lizzibear
This turned out perfectly!! So tastey and even though I added some salt and pepper to the top of the meat, I dont think it was needed since I put in red skinned potatoes and a whole bag of baby carrots. I made the gravy too and it was a perfect topper to a perfect meal. My husband was amazed and surprised. He didnt know I knew how to make a roast ;) Thanks so much for posting this recipe. Its awesome! *I followed everything as follows including the bay leaves too* Nothing ruined anything.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed on Mar. 9, 2008 by M_low
This was excellent! I made a few changes: substituted red wine for worcestershire sauce, added mushrooms, and added beef broth because my stew had not been brothy enough when it was done cooking. Ate this with "fluffy biscuits" http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Fluffy-Biscuits/Detail.aspx?pos=1 An excellent combination!
