Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed on Aug. 27, 2008 by COOKINGSTUDENT
This is the second banana bread recipe I have tried from this site. This recipe is definitely the best ever. It's moist, not overly sweet, and soooo easy to make. Just a suggestion - make certain you buy very ripe bananas (this will make a difference in the flavor). I sprinkled just a little bit of ground cinnamon on the bottom of the pan for a nice smelling aroma. Thanks for a great recipe!

Ahi Poke Basic

Reviewed on Jun. 27, 2008 by COOKINGSTUDENT
Ahi Poke can be made many different ways. My favorite Ahi Poke was prepared by a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. This recipe is similar to that of the restaurant. I added ginger (chopped small), white onion (sliced), lemon juice, and I used Shoyu sauce instead of regular soy sauce. It was delicious. My family asked for it two weekends in a row. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
