About me:
I love to cook, I have been cooking for my family for over 40 years, first for my parents and then for friends and family. I collect cookbooks, I have over 1200. I enjoy having friends over for a "theme night" where I serve menus from various ethnic cuisines. "Chinese night" was voted the best, with "Indian night" coming in a close second.

easy, good, my kids loved it, veggies & all. I think it's missing something. Maybe I didn't put enough soy sauce.

Crescent Beef Casserole

Loved it! I didn't have any tomato puree/paste so I substituted with beef jar gravy. Couldn't find Zucchini (fresh or frozen)so I used a mixed frozen veggies. I will make again. I took the advice of one of the reviewers & baked the mashed potatoes for 10 min before I added the meat & crescents.

Excellent! EASY! My whole family loved it! Even better the next day. The only change I will make is use half the bread crumbs.
