I've made this recipe twice, and I love it! I don't think it is overly messy. My b/f loves it. I will make this quite often.

Orange-Cranberry Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
This cake is very good, but has a little too much orange. If I make it again I will only use one orange instead of two. The cake was moist, and overall the recipe is pretty good.

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
Wow! I definitely out-did myself when I made this one last night. I made a few changes as follows: 1)I used a mixture of blackberries and raspberries, 2)I added vanilla and cinnamon to the batter as well as to the berries, 3) I didn't have any lemon juice so I used lemon essence instead, 4)I reduced the amount of sugar. My husband absolutely loved this one and now we have decided to make this one of our family recipes. If I had to decribe this in one word, it would be YUMMMMMMMMMMM!
