Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
this was really good. Made it last night for a party, served with gingersnaps and cinnamon graham sticks. It had alot more flavor last night than it seemed to today (leftover at work). Will definately make again

Caribbean Chicken Salad

This is really good. I'd like to find a more waste line friendly dressing though.

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
i made this for my boyfriend's birthday. after tasting it, he said it was even better than lasagna, and lasagna is his favorite dish. the only changes i made were adding some italian seasoning to the meat mixture, mixing the sauce with the noodles, and adding a little more parmesan than called for on top. delicious!!!

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
these are really good, even if you do use the canned chicken! i omitted the onion and pimentos and added some garlic powder and parsley to the cream cheese mixture.

Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
my boyfriend and i LOVED these! this made a lot of meatballs for me as well. i used a little more garlic, a couple dashes of black pepper, mozzarella instead of provolone, and i skipped the garlic powder and salt on the bread - didn't really need it.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
I've been on a search for a great Enchilada recipe and I think I'm going to stick with this. I really like that cottage cheese accounts for what could have been high-calorie creaminess. I used fat free cottage cheese and sour cream and also added a little less taco seasoning and green chiles. Superb. Thanks!

Tomato and Mozzarella Bites

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
This was really good! I used the marinated braid from Trader Joes, just unbraided it and cut in chunks. It made about 40 of them. I poured the whole thing of evoo and balsomic vinegar over the top and just poured it off before I plated it (30min later), next time I think I will make far less of it and drizzle it over them after I plate them.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
Holy Moly...this put the pumpkin bread I recently made to shame! Three things I did differently: 1. Added 2 cups white flour, 1 cup wheat flour. 2. Added 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 3. 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup dark brown sugar. Cooked 2 loves for about an hour and 5 minutes. So wonderful! I can't wait to share this with someone.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
This was okay. I know the "skin" was potato but for some reason I expected this to taste different then potato covered chicken. I added paprika, basil, and pepper, and I'm glad I did because this would have been really "blah" otherwise. Sorry!

Spicy Orange Beef

i used chicken instead of the beef and didn't use any orange peel. it was delicious served with fried rice. i saved some of the leftover sauce and the next day i warmed it up and ate it over some white rice. mmmm.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

These were good. I wish I could find a pumpkin cookie that is more dense though. Is it the puree? These were pretty cake-like.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

This is okay. I didn't feel like it was anything special. I actually felt like it could have used more spices.
