these are the easiest things in the world to make! you can't go wrong. We boiled ours for a half hour, then poured pepper plant BBQ sauce over the top of them in a caserole dish and baked them for an hour and a half. They were awesome!

This is so easy and my husband and son absolutely love it! When I bake it on Sunday they eat it for a quick breakfast all week long. I double it to really fill the pan. Otherwise it's perfect the way it is. Thanks for the great recipe!

Greek Lamb-Feta Burgers With Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
This is the best lamb-burger recipe I have ever tried! The flavors of the Feta and the lamb are outrageous! It's great the way it is but I sprinkled a little Pappy's over the burgers before I grilled them for a little extra kick. Thanks for the great recipe!

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2007
I made this for a BBQ. I usually make these with blue cheese stuffed in the jalapeno then cooked on the grill. I used the wrapping it with bacon idea I got from this recipe and it was delicious. I baked it for more like 30 minutes instead of 20. the bacon needed to be cooked longer. VERY YUMMY!!!!

Thunderbird Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2007
I made this yesterday. I changed the meat to a pork roast. (I've never heard of apple juice and beef together?)I cooked it for about 6.5 hours. A little too sweet for my taste. It was O.K., not the best crock pot meal I've ever tasted. I probably won't make it again.
