I made these multiple times over the holiday season, and there were no leftovers each time. I only added about 1/2 a cup of sour cream and a splash of milk to make them a little more creamy. Rave reviews from everyone who tried them.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I made this over the holidays and it was a definite hit. My boyfriend, friends, and family all raved about how good it was. The first 2 I made didn't crack, but the third did - however this did not affect the taste, it just didn't look as pretty. Nobody cared because it was still so good. I also would say to either heat the cream cheese a tiny bit or let it get to room temperature. I also heated up the milk so that it wouldn't cause lumps. Great stuff!!

Double Chocolate Pie

I followed the directions exactly and the pie came out extremely runny. It is VERY chocolaty!!! I wouldnt make it again.

Pesto Pepper Tortellini

I followed the recipe exactly, minus the walnuts. I served sliced Italian sausage on the side, and garlic bread. This was sooooooo good, and my husband loved it too. I will be adding this to my regular menu!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

I tried this dressing on a greek pasta salad recipe I found on this site as well and it came out wonderful!! I had been trying all sorts of ready-made Italian salad dressings for my pasta salads, but this one wins hands down. It is super easy to make and tastes great.
