I made this over the holidays and it was a definite hit. My boyfriend, friends, and family all raved about how good it was. The first 2 I made didn't crack, but the third did - however this did not affect the taste, it just didn't look as pretty. Nobody cared because it was still so good. I also would say to either heat the cream cheese a tiny bit or let it get to room temperature. I also heated up the milk so that it wouldn't cause lumps. Great stuff!!
