About me:
Twenty-something interested in trying new foods, and new styles of cooking more than anything else. I have been in the kitchen since I was 10 or so, and can meet just about any culinary challenge I am met with. A bit of a perfectionist, so it tends to take me much longer than most to prepare a dish.
