All of my friends and family absolutely love this recipe! It is 20X better than anything store bought!! I've made it numerous times now, here are some tips:
1. Make sure cream cheese is at room temp!!
2. I crushed up graham crackers for the crust, added some butter and pressed into liners.
3. Beat ingredients until light and fluffy, a couple minutes. No reason it should not be smooth, if lumpy keep beating it will get there!
