Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
A big hit. The last time I made egg rolls it was so messy and complicated I didn't want to do it again. This recipe is awesome! I added a little more shrimp and instead of chopping a lot of cabbage and carrots I used a bag of the coleslaw mix minus the dressing in place.

German Beef Rouladen

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
I made this recipe with the suggestion of the dijoin mustard instead of regular yellow mustard and everyone loved it. I couldn't find thin cubed steaks so I talked to the meat department at albertson's and they did it for me. I served it with some garlicy, olive oil noodles with parsley, french bread and brussel sprots and it went very well.

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2007
I made this last night for my fiance and he's a chef...... we loved it. He said it was the best meatloaf he has ever had, and he is honest too!!! I did spice it up a bit... i added a little bit of tomato sauce in the meatloaf and garlic, basil, and more onion. Wonderful recipe.... will definatly make again! Thanks for posting this! Oh and for the people who found this recipe dry/bland, use a fattier meat, add a small can of tomato sauce to the loaf. wonderful recipe..... it didnt fall apart and i didnt even have a loaf pan lol, it was moist, and tons of flavor.

Very Good!I didn't have mushrooms, so I added some frozen spinach and string beans. I also added some season all salt to add to taste. Very creamy! YUM!

Gramma's Party Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2006
I feel bad to give this lower rating, but I didn't personally like this cake. I didn't change anything about the recipe and I found it to be a little bland. I may try it again by using some of the suggestions of changes people have posted.

Stuffed French Toast II

This was excellent!! Even my kids liked it and they are incredibly picky. I didn't have almond extract, so I had to use vanilla instead, but it turned out great. Thank you so much for sharing this!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2006
My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. Our 6-year old and 3-year old had a different opinion. I will make it again, but will reduce the lemon juice. Thanks for sharing this.

Bread Machine Garlic Bread

I thought this bread was good. Would have been better if I choose the medium crust setting on the bread maker rather than the light. I also added italian seasoning. Very addictive.
