Microwave Lemon Curd

I used 3 lemons and their juice. The taste is great. I agree with some other reviews about the small amounts of egg whites. If I was serving this in a dinner party setting I would certainly run it through a metal sieve, but as I wasn't the small amount of egg whites was no big deal.

Coconut Date Balls

Just like my mom made when I was a kid! Make sure that your hands are really buttered up though, sticky!! Thanks for submitting the recipe.
