Southwest-Style Egg Rolls

Reviewed on Jul. 9, 2009 by cthomasgirl
These were relatively bland. To kick them up a notch, I doubled the cumin, added 1 tsp chipotle powder and 1 c chopped chicken, and used pepperjack cheese. That definitely did the trick and would have earned this recipe 5 stars to begin with. These are also good in tortillas as "burritos" and you can substitute kidney beans for the black beans without losing too much of the "southwest" flavor.

AWESOME! Wow, we loved these wings and so did everyone at the party. I am going to make them again, only this time I am not going to share!

Southern Peach Cobbler

Num, Num, Num...this was a wonderful piece of heaven. I enjoyed it but thought that it was missing something; I can't figure out what exactly it is missing. I am going to give it another try, only I'll add a few things to figure out the missing ingredient.
