My husband and children really liked this sandwich and my 11 year old could make it by herself. Even my picky eaters ate it.

Ham and Bean Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2007
This makes a great dinner! I liked that it was spicy, and I added a little extra hot sauce too. I think next time I will add a little bit of liquid smoke, I tried some on my serving after it was baked, and it complemented the ham well. Yae for Ohio recipes!

I was really excited about this recipe but my husband and I thought it was way too sweet. Of course my kids loved it and they are still bouncing off the walls coming down off their sugar high. Maybe I will try it again and tweak it a little.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2005
The is a great casserole. We usually have it for dinner with cut up fruit and it is very filling! I'm too lazy to shred potatoes so I just use the freezer kind and defrost them in the microwave. I also added green chilies to the egg mixture for a little kick. Last night I made this and I didn't have any cottage cheese so I just added a little milk and it was still delicious! Thanks Bill!

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2005
I loved the flavor of this casserole. I think it was the chili beans that made it different from others I've tried. Per a previous review I added green chilis to the sour cream. I also added the tomatoes after it had cooked so they would add a little crunch. I was worried about the chips getting soggy so I put half on the bottom and half on the top. It was great!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2002
These were the best pork chops that I have had in a long time and my family loved them! I was afraid that the breaded chops would get soggy after cooking in the soup so long but they stayed crispy and the breading didn't come off at all. I didn't use the wine, I just added more milk as another reviewer suggested and it came out great. Really good with rice. Thanks for the recipe!!
