Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

These were great. We cooked the meatballs until they were crispy on the bottoms. (25 min.) This recipe was easy, and we plan on making a bunch up to freeze. Great Sunday dinner. The sauce is sweet, I did add some red chili flakes but didn't taste them.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

These are really easy to make. They don't take any time at all to prepare. I wish my husband had been able to get past the fact that he was eating Lentils.
