Parmesan Herb Bread

Reviewed on May 11, 2008 by LIZZY9VOLT
Pretty good bread. You'll have to like the taste of oregeno for you to like this bread. Also, the recipe doesn't call for enough flour. I had to add probably another 1.5 cups in order to get it to the constancy I could work with. I also didn't have a round casserole dish, so I just shaped it and put it on a greased cookie sheet and it worked just fine. It was delicious toasted with double tomato bruschetta on top.

Taco Seasoning III

Reviewed on May 10, 2008 by LIZZY9VOLT
Can't mess this one up! I needed a mexican seasoning for chicken that would ultimately be shredded and go into a mexican casserole, so I made this only used onion powder, garlic poder, and omitted the cumin since I didn't have any. I was very loose with the measuring and it still turned out great. I threw in a dash of cayenne for some heat and my chicken turned out delicious. Can't screw this one up, people! :)

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

Reviewed on May 5, 2008 by LIZZY9VOLT
The stuffing for these is GREAT! Tastes very authentic thai. I used the spring roll wrappers that are round and must be soaked, and I wonder if that caused a bit of a problem I experienced. They didn't really crisp up as much as I had liked, and they also stuck to the pan really bad - some broke apart when I pulled them off. But the taste was magnificent, and my boyfriend devoured these. I served with bottled Peanut Chile sauce and also Sweet Chile sauce. You could make your own from this site, or buy it bottled at the store. I'll try these with egg-roll wrappers since they seem to be easier to find.
