These are really good. We get these at a local Pow-wow and these taste quite a bit like the ones served by Native Americans. The meat isn't quite right...but still really good!

I don't understand the "eclair" part of this dessert. Maybe if it had another name I might like it better, but probably not. The simple flavors were just that, simple. Like another reviewer said, it just tasted like graham crackers and vanilla pudding. Not that special. I had a variation of this that combined one package of vanilla pudding and one package of coconut pudding, and it just didn't quite work, either. This might be a fun recipe to do with my kids, because it is so easy, but definitely not something I would serve to guests.
