This one was so easy, I was able to make it in our hotel room on vacation!

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

These just came out of the oven and are fabulous. I made them into little mini two bite loaves. Didn't add the cherries and used splenda instead of sugar and they came out great!

Candied Apples II

Reviewed on Oct. 27, 2009 by Rachel Dobbs
This recipe is wonderful! I think the negative reviewers are obviously unexperienced candy makers. This recipe clearly states what temperature to cook it too. Mine turned out wonderfully. The candy was nice and solid , we were able to bite through the candy coating, it wasn't sticky or gooey and we had a nice crunch. Absolutely delicious and well deserved five stars.
