Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
I cooked these in a skillet. I didn't have gouda cheese but i used colby jack. Still fantastic. Make sure your chops are thick enough though because I had troubled making pockets all the way through, they were a little thinner. Used a few more toothpicks per chop, but they were amazing! Thanks for the recipe. Will be making again very soon. Gourmet Style!!! Yummy!

I made three different types of deviled egges.1st favorite, these!! Bacon & cheddar-2nd favorite, and horseradish--special deviled eggs 3rd! The only thing I did differently was added a little garlic powder and 1 small clove of garlic and no onion. Great!!!

These were pretty good. I'm not a super huge fan on horseradish, I like it, but not nearly as much as my boyfriend. He loved these! WIll make again, thanks for the recipe.

Di's Delicious Deluxe Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
These are not your typical deviled eggs but they were still yummy. I made 6 eggs and my boyfriend and I gobbled them up in minutes. The only thing I would change is put less onion and celery. That part was a little too overpowering, but the egg mix was great.

Turkey burgers were pretty tasty. I used 2 lbs. of meat and 1 oz of onion mix, and used worchister instead of soy sauce and they turned out great. Thanks for recipe.

pretty tasty for quick n easy. I didn't have monteray jack cheese, I had weight watchers chedar cheese. It still tasted really good but next time i will try pepper jack or monteray jack. Otherwise, very good. I would recommend seasoning the chicken before dipping in the egg. YUMMM!!

Hot German Potato Salad III

Nice change of pace for potato salad. I enjoyed this very much. Stubborn boyfriend surprisingly wouldn't even try this. I'm glad he didn't because I only made the recipe for 2 and I gobbled it all up myself. His loss, VERY GOOD! I am the potato fanatic in the house though, he prefers meat.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
This was very good. I rolled the torillas in the enchilada sauce, used green enichilad sauce since i didn't have red. then followed the recipe but i did sautee the onions and chilles before adding chicken and taco seasoning. Next time I will use less salt because I did have to add more cottage cheese to the mix because it was way too salty (maybe I shouldn't of tasted it) :) I'd say 22-25 minutes to cook is good. I'm glad I checked mine otherwise they would have been dry and too crispy. Otherwise, super easy and very tasty!!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
I've made chicken and dumplings a few times before and this is a superb recipe. I made a few changes according to the other reviews. I did season my chicken breast with seasoning salt, garlic powder, parsley, salt & pepper & a tad of cumin. I used 1 can cream of celery and 1 can cream of chicken. I also added a whole can of chicken broth and 1.5 cans of water and it was not salty at all. I first put in 1 10 oz can of biscuits, but it wasn't enough so i added the other can. I cut the biscuits into 8 and they cooked great. I did cook the biscuits for 3 hours. The flavor turned out perfect!!! My brother who absolutely loves chicken and dumplings and prefers my mothers over anybody elses, said mine were over the top and are now his all time favorite. To make a dish better than mom means the world, because her cooking is fabulous. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
First of all, my dough was very sticky and running, must refrigerate. Secondly, do you really need a cookie this big? But I have to say the taste is really good. I will probably be looking for a smaller cookie recipe. I even tried putting very little dough and the cookies were still extremely huge, although tbey were not flat, which is definately a plus. Taste great but too big!! If you were making these for a baking contest on food network, they would definately say a cookie should never be this big, and you would lose points for that. Thanks for the recipe tho. Flavor is terrific!
