Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed on Apr. 16, 2008 by lovebeingamom
These are thick dense peanut butter cookies that are delish! Huge points in my family that has allergies to wheat and milk too! I rolled dough into balls, used fork to compress, baked for 8 min. in convection oven. So excited to have these in my recipe box!

Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed on Apr. 15, 2008 by Noelle
This recipe is good but if you want to make it better, double the spinach, 1/2 the recipe, double the artichoke, add more cheese (feta is yummy), a little tabasco, a little lemon juice and some extra seasoning salt! I like that you don't have to bake it, the stovetop makes it easy!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed on Apr. 14, 2008 by lovebeingamom
I prepped these by boiling and allowed two of my sons to finish the meal while I went off to a women's retreat. I came home to hear of "how awesome" these ribs are, I will have to try them now! I boiled the ribs with seasonings and onion for 45 minutes.
