These were good, but a little on the sweet side for me. My son loved them though, and requests them often!

Venison Fajitas

I didn't have any fresh onions and peppers on hand, but I did have a bag of frozen roasted onions and peppers that I substituted. SO good!! I did everything else the same, and will definately be making these again!

I was a little skeptical about making venison burgers, but came across this recipe and thought I'd give it a try. It was soooo good! My BF loved it, even my very picky 9 year old niece liked it. Will definately make it again!!!

Pie Crust V

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
I can honestly say that I never make pie crusts because they NEVER turn out right. I have made this one 4 times, and it's been perfect every time!! It really does taste like a sugar cookie. My family used to eat the pie and leave the crust. No more!!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This was SOOOO easy to make!! I love peanut brittle but never make it because it can be time consuming. In about 10 minutes I had it cooling. It was fantastic!!

Best Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
Tasted great and was super yummy! I took the advice of reviewers before me and purchased coleslaw mix and sauteed it in a soy sauce/water mix. Instead of frying I sprayed them with cooking spray and baked in the oven. Gave them the crunchy outside without the grease. Will definately make again!

Slow Cooker Shredded Venison for Tacos

This was really very good! I would have added more seasoning as I thought it was bland, but my family raved about it the way it was. Definately a keeper!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
These are great cookies! I've made them a few times, a few different ways. The first time I made it as the recipe said. They were very good and held their shape after baking. The second time I made them I added the extra sugar and vanilla the other readers suggested. The cookies were awesome in flavor, but they didn't hold their shape in baking. They became very thin and crispy. The last time I made them I just added extra vanilla, and they came out perfect!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
This chicken is so good! My husband is not a fan of mayo, so I subbed half for sour cream, and he loved it! I also used marinated artichokes for a little more flavor, and it turned out great. The chicken was very moist and flavorful!
