Easy Decadent Truffles

So good! Thanks for the additional ideas on the reviews--I did 2 cups chips and 2 cups sugar as well. It must depend on the temperature in the kitchen, but mine were setting up after being in the fridge for just 10 minutes, and I used my cookie scoop to shape them which worked great. I rolled some in crushed Heath bar which we loved. Thanks for the great and easy recipe!!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

WOW! These were SOOO yummy! The best snickerdoodles I have ever had. I made them exactly as printed and was so pleased with their chewiness and great flavor! You'll love these if you make them.

Children's Gingerbread House

This turned out so good and so fun for my kids. I made 2 batches for our 3 houses. The first batch I made exactly as written and it turned out perfect! The 2nd batch, I left out the baking powder and of course, it gave me a flatter cookie, but this way I did NOT have to trim the cookie after it came out of the oven, it was a little flatter and more crisp and I actually liked it a little better. Both were great,and my girls and I had a blast decorating them!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Zucchini Soup II

Oh wow! Even my picky eaters (I have several of 'em!) loved this soup! I added red potatoes and used less margarine, maybe a couple of tablespoons less than the 1/2 cup. I added a chopped up cooked chicken breast at the end which was good. Thanks for sharing!!

Easy Chicken Marsala

I really liked this recipe. I used a dry marsala wine and as others said, made lots of sauce. I also added more mushrooms and used a yellow onion. Very good on multi-grain pasta. I couldn't stop eating the sauce.

Banana Banana Bread

Absolutely FANTASTIC banana bread! The only changes I made were to add a 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, plus a dollop of peanut butter. I sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on the top before baking. It was beautiful and moist!!! I'm seriously going to make this like once a week. I have a second batch in the oven right now. :)

Chicken Fried Chicken

The Best Lemon Bars

OMG These were SO GOOD!! I changed it as others suggested. 1/4 tsp salt (to crust) 6 T instead of 4 T (to filling) 2/3 C. Lemon juice (instead, to filling) 1 T lemon zest These were perfect! The crust was perfect for the 9 X 13, the lemon flavor was perfect, everything was PERFECT!
