About me:
I've grown up all over the world and food has always been an interest to me, especially having that opportunity to experience different country's cuisines and flavors. I was born in Casper Wyoming but didn't grow up there to say the least, my earliest memories are in Provo Utah and from there Monument Valley Utah, on a Navajo Reservation, and then my father joined the military school systems and we went from the Philippenes to Spain and finally to Germany. So that's where I call home. Right now I'm a college student at BYU-Idaho, in my senior year of Elementary Education.

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed on May 7, 2008 by SaresMama
This was super super yummy! I made mini loaves and they were super moist! Cook time was reduced and that was another bonus. I didn't have to wait long! I thought the peanut butter and banana was the perfect compliment to eachother.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed on Apr. 17, 2008 by Erin D.
Like everyone else, I thought this was the best apple pie recipe on the planet! I didn't do a lattice crust though - not that talented. Whatever crust you do top the pie with, make sure to coat it with the liquid while pouring it over the apples - it prevents the top of the pie crust from drying out, and it coats it with a nice pretty glaze. Fantastic recipe! My family all LOVED it!
