Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2009 by bridgett
These are excellent! I have had turkey burgers before and they were very dry but this recipe is great. I followed other advice and added the whole egg, I also added a teaspoon of Worcestershire and two cloves of garlic instead of one. We cooked them on a gas grill for about 20 minutes because I like thick burgers. Thanks for sharing! I like these better than beef burgers.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed on Nov. 16, 2009 by Javagoddess
Yummy yum yum! On a snowy day in Denver I made these little treats. I did the recipe as written--but used mini chocolate chips. This actually yielded 14 muffins for me, not 12. Delicious!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed on Nov. 9, 2009 by bridgett
This was really good. I did make some changes that is why I have a 4 star review. This is a great base recipe. The changes I made are as follows. I added 1/2 cup of fresh chopped spinach, I used just 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise (helmans light) and the rest light sour cream. I added salt and black pepper and garlic powder to the mixture (just to taste not sure on the amounts). I also added two tablespoons of panko bread crumbs for texture to the mixture. I also seasoned my chicken with salt and pepper before adding topping. After adding topping on chicken I sprinkled panko bread crumbs on top of each breast to add a little crunchiness to the topping. Loved it!!!
