Used ground turkey. Double up on tortillas each layer. Alternated bean layer, then meat with cheese sprinkled on tortilla. Cut some of the green chile and used a can of Rotel. Added 1 T of Spicy Mrs. Dash and packet of taco seasoning to meat.

Suggest making only what you will eat. Good recipe as is, but not as great for left overs.

Very tasty! A great way to use up leftover rice and chicken. I did't have sesame oil and substituted peanut oil. Also added some peas and carrots. Great recipe!

I was surprised out how great this turned out! The meat was really tender. This glaze was a little on the sweet side, but really delicious. A keeper - thanks!

This was good - I made exactly as written. I didn't think it was too sweet, but I would've liked a thicker sauce. Will make again!

These were easy to make, but not as flavorful as I'd hoped. I liked them, but I didn't love them. They were a little bland....maybe I'll add more spices next time.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
Very good recipe. I followed a few of the other peoples advice to fry the bacon about half way done and then wrap it around the chicken. It was nice and crispy that way. This recipe is very rich!! It definately does not need any added flavor!!!

This is very easy to make. The only thing I'd do next time is reduce the amount of sugar. It is too sweet for us. Recommend to cook it with skin on, it is the best part!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

I thought this would be more flavorful than it was. I didn't have time to let it marinate as long as it says to in the recipe, so that may have made a difference. It was still good, but it wasn't quite what I expected.

Rump Roast Au Jus

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
This was a nice change to how I usually make a roast. I usually just throw in a package of onion soup mix with water and add some salt and pepper. But I thought I'd try something new. My husband loved it. He loves spicy things. It was very good and I will definately use it again. Tomorrow I will follow some of the other reviewer's advice and make some sandwiches with the leftovers. Thank You for the great idea!!!!!
