Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad

Without any additions, this salad has little flavor. The marinated artichokes just don't do enough for it. Recommend adding a packet of Italian dressing seasoning to it.

Salt and Vinegar Chicken

Very easy to make and it turned out great!!! It's not too salty or too vinegary. (is that even a word? :0 ) It crisps up very nice. I put it on broil for a few minutes to make it crisp up faster but I'm sure it would have done fine without broiling it. I was just impatient!! Anyway, enjoy, it's good and simple!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Pretty good. Didn't use regular Italian dressing, used 1/2 Italian dressing seasoning pack instead. Halved the BBQ sauce and it was still pretty watery, I had to cook on a high heat to steam off a lot of the water.

Burrito Pie

Used ground turkey. Double up on tortillas each layer. Alternated bean layer, then meat with cheese sprinkled on tortilla. Cut some of the green chile and used a can of Rotel. Added 1 T of Spicy Mrs. Dash and packet of taco seasoning to meat.
