Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2008
I left this for about an hour longer than was indicated so it just fell apart it was done so perfect. I also used about twice as much sauce as the recipe called for, so that I would have some sauce left in the slow cooker. It was a touch bland, but that may have been the sauce I was using, so I just poured some of the leftover sauce on top, and added a little hot sauce, served it over toasted bread with some fries, fantastic!

Puff Pastry

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
It is a good recipe, I made some kind of "hot pocket" things with the dough, and they have served me well for lunch food so far. Will make again but I might try to add some herbs to the dough, just to flavor it up a bit more.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2008
This is my favorite way to use Zucchini! I love any type of squash but my family usually won't even try it. This is the exception! I made this exactly as written except I squeezed the water out of zucchini as others suggested. I also cut back on the amount on onions and slightly sauteed them before adding to the rest of mixture. Turned out beautifully! I will make this again and again! Thanks for sharing!

I love this recipe! I made it and baked it in the same day. I also added a tsp of garlic powder by mistake(thought I was adding onion powder)And added a cup or so of med. cheddar. I was afraid I had ruined it with the garlic but it was fabulous! I will make these again and Much Thanks for sharing!

This is similiar to the one I had been using for years. I like the idea some reviewers had about adding Balsamic Vinegar instead. This one is absolutely going in my recipe box! My husband is in heaven! Thanks bunches!

BBQ Country Style Ribs

The flavor was good but I must of done something wrong. I followed others suggestions and covered the dish. I also baked longer than stated based on the others, but Mine came out slightly dry. Will keep looking for a recipe that gives consistent results.

I feel these were missing something. The filling didn't have much taste when it was hot. Tasted better cold. My husband is German and had never heard of these. I heard they were polish instead.

Simple and tasty! It is also good for steaming a large bunch to snack on cold at a later time- not too squishy.

Very edible for a low fat muffin. I used some of the reviewer suggestions and added the apple sauce, an extra banana, cinnamon, and walnuts. Would have been very bland without the add-ins but this turned out pretty good.

I really liked this dish. Didn't change a thing except I used sharp cheddar. Took others advice and baked the hashbrown layer by itself first. Next time I will be sure to bake on bottom rack of oven for better browning of hashbrowns. A keeper, thanks!

Cathy's Banana Bread

Wonderful taste and texture! I made a few variations based on items I had on hand; added 4 whole bananas, split sugar with white and brown, used reduced fat sour cream, added walnuts. Bread was very moist, had no problems by using reduced fat sour cream. Thank you for posting this.
