So good! I make these about once a week. I double the sugar and vanilla. I recently added a tablespoon of coacoa powder to make a chocolatey variation. It was great too!

Prett good. I listened to suggestions and I topped the casserole with pan-browned hash browns. This dish turned out great. Try using reduced fat sausage.

This was so good!! I didn't do anything differently, except add some beef broth so the meat was covered. It turned out with just the right amount of spice. Served it on hogies. What a simple and excellent recipe!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

This was very good! A lot better than I expected it to be. I am not a huge fan of vegetarian meals, but I really thought this had good substance without meat. I made half of it with ground beef for my boyfriend. Next time I think I will try it with alfredo sauce, and maybe grilled chicken.

Not half bad...though not as good as I hoped. It turned out a little dryer than I expected it too. Maybe that was because of the beer. I might try it again sometime.

Unbelievable Chicken

It's hard making chicken my boyfriend like, but he loved this recipe. It turned out moist and flavorful. You have to marinate it for at least 6 hours, I think, for the flavor to truly set in.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
This was very good. I only gave it three stars because it wasn't as good as I anticipated. Probably because, like others, I thought it was a bit too salty. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce, but next time I will definitely use that. It was great over white rice, and I also added frozen peas to the rice as it was steaming. Turned out yummy.

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Liked this a lot. It has a grilled/smokey taste to it, but probably because of the steak seasoning I used. I only tweaked a couple things. I didn't use sugar, and I added a bit more steak seasoning and half and half. That's it. So easy, amd it turned out great!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Perfect, restaurant quality!! I have never made something this good before. I made it exactly the way that it says. People that say it is too mustardy are using the wrong mustard I am sure! There is actually something in the store called 'prepared Dijon mustard', so get that. Do NOT use regular 'prepared mustard' that is that cheap yellow stuff, and I am sure that will ruin your dish! I served this over pasta, and was very impressed! Thanks for this great guest-pleasing recipe.

I would really give this 4.5 stars because my boyfriend liked it more than I did. It is mild, and fresh tasting. I used frozen broccoli. Very easy. Cover it with foil when you bake it for sure.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Yummy! This is a good one. I followed the recipe exactly the first time, exept I was in a hurry and I skipped the oven part all together. I think it is pretty unnecessary. I took the meat out, mixed in the BBQ sauce, and put it right on a bun! I am making this again as we speak, and this time I added a little bit of cola to the beef broth before putting in the pork. We'll see...

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
I read the reviews thoroughly before making this recipe. I too decided to use less wine, some beef broth and water. I'm not quite sure of the proportions, other than the fact that I used a little less than a cup of wine all in all. Then probably a half of water, and a half of broth. I must stress that you need to make the gravy according to the package! If it calls for 1 cup water, use 1 cup of the wine/meat juice mixture to keep the proportions correct so it actually turns out like gravy. You may want to double the gravy recipe so there is enough. I also added 8 red potatoes rubbed in olive oil and sea salt to the dish. I covered the pan with foil before baking, and it was done perfectly in 45 minutes. This meal turned out amazing, celery and all. I didn't use Burgundy wine either, I used Cabernet Sauvignon because that's all I had...a pretty strong/dry wine. Next time I will try the burgundy and see if there's really a taste difference.

I love this recipe! It's like a mini Thanksgiving dinner in casserole form. If it seems too salty, cut back on the soup a bit, and add a little milk to the mixture. Grand

Best Tuna Casserole

I have made this over and over again. It reminds me of how my Mom used to make it, but even better! I like to use the french-fried onions on top instead of potato chips, and the frozen peas are a must! I would also recommend adding just a touch of milk to keep it super moist in the oven.

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
Wow, these were so good! My boyfriend made them on Valentine's Day. The marinade makes a lot. He butterflied the tails by taking scissors and cutting the shell down the back. Then he pulled the meat out, and placed it so it sat on top of the shell. Then he threw it on the grill meat side up, and flipped it once during cooking. They didn't even need to be dipped in butter, they were so tasty!

Parmesan Puffs

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
I was skeptical about these, considering the reviews were both good and bad. But, they turned out great. If people were having problems, it was because they didn't add enough flour. Add what it says, and then keep adding little by little, mixing each time until the dough wants to ball up. If it is too sticky, it will never rise in the oven.
