Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Liked this a lot. It has a grilled/smokey taste to it, but probably because of the steak seasoning I used. I only tweaked a couple things. I didn't use sugar, and I added a bit more steak seasoning and half and half. That's it. So easy, amd it turned out great!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Perfect, restaurant quality!! I have never made something this good before. I made it exactly the way that it says. People that say it is too mustardy are using the wrong mustard I am sure! There is actually something in the store called 'prepared Dijon mustard', so get that. Do NOT use regular 'prepared mustard' that is that cheap yellow stuff, and I am sure that will ruin your dish! I served this over pasta, and was very impressed! Thanks for this great guest-pleasing recipe.

Easy Baked Tilapia

I would really give this 4.5 stars because my boyfriend liked it more than I did. It is mild, and fresh tasting. I used frozen broccoli. Very easy. Cover it with foil when you bake it for sure.
