Corned Beef and Cabbage I

this recipe turned out wonderful, I grew up eating this dish, but this was my first time I made it myself, when I served it, my mother asked when did my grandmother drop it off for me. I just giggled.

Chicken Enchiladas I

My husband cooked this and it was very good. But maybe too much effort for the outcome it produced. I would love to make these again if it didn't take so long.

It's Chili by George!!

I made this in the slow cooker. It was delicious. Just keep in mind this is a chili with more meat than beans!
