To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
My search for the perfect blueberry muffin ends here! At first I thought the batter was a little thick but they came out perfectly! I followed the recipe and they were really to die for. I filled my cupcake liners almost to the top then sprinkled with the streusel, I think brown sugar overpowers the muffin itself, so I prefer to use white sugar and I omit the cinnamon all together. These were so good and I will make them again and again!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
This was great! It was the perfect texture for asparagus...nice and crispy. I made it with Easter dinner and even the non asparagus people liked it. The rest of us, the asparagus people, loved it. Thanks!

World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2008
I absolutely love this sauce! I didn't change anything, only made a small addition. I like things a little spicy, so I added crushed red pepper flakes. I will definately make this again!

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
Yummy! I used 1/4c of honey and 1/4 steak sauce and turned the heat up to 425 for about 45 mins. (I'm paranoid about undercooked chicken) and it came out very god. The whole family enjoyed it.

Oven Baked Jambalaya

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
We used instant rice. I think that was no-no because it cam out kinda mushy. Plus this recipe will feed a virtual army. We had to use 3 different pans. Next time I will be sure to cut the recipe in 3rds and use long grain rice. Very good though!

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
VERY tasty. I did this over the course of a few hours. I added ingredients and raw chicken pieces. I let it simmer for about 4 hours, then I added a lot of noodles and no corn starch. It was surprising flavorful and yummy!

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
It's Very yummy! However, I really think the sauce should be doubled or even tripled! I started everything at roughly the same time... the pasta and sauce were done right on time (11 mins), but the chicken took the longest. Next time I think I'll double the sauce recipe, slice the chicken into strips and start it first.
