Green Chili Rice Casserole

This was a real winner! I made for a teacher's dinner at school and everyone loved it. I did add garlic powder and topped it with French's Original French Fried Onions, that gave it a nice crunch! Yum!

I made this recipe for a Super Bowl party and everyone LOVED it. I followed someone elses advice and sprinkled it with panko bread crumbs before baking it, yum! I will definitely make this again.

Baked Cheddar Bacon Spread

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
Very yummy! I took comments from this site and adjusted the recipe. I used Velveta (a processed cheese) and a white quesidilla cheese instead of the cheddar and had no grease or atrocious appearance. I know processed cheese is not the best but it sure melts well. I also served with bread. Thanks!

French Toast Bake

This was very easy to make and convenient because I made it a day ahead of time. Next time I make this I think I'll omit the blueberries, just a personal preference. I really loved this!

This was pretty good, tasted like an omelette, but was very easy to prepare for a crowd. I'm sure I will be making this again.

DELICIOUS!! As if there wasn't enough butter, I topped the cake with a browned butter glaze. Everyone loved this cake, and I will definitely make it again.

I agree with other reviews, these did taste good, but were incredibly hard to chew. I think the preparation was fairly easy, I just wish they would've turned out a little better.

Authentic Mexican Tortillas

These were delicious when warm and fresh. After about 10 minutes I understood some peoples comments about it being a little like pie crust. I will try again, maybe I messed up along the way.
