About me:
My mother started teaching me how to cook when I was about 6 or 7. I learned how to make Fried eggs and Toast for my daddy's breakfast. I was so proud to help my Mom when she was taking care of my new baby brother.

Beef Stew I

Very, very, very bland. No flavor or taste. Had to add a lot of seasoning just to get some taste.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed on Dec. 18, 2008 by khar73
Very similar to Outbacks Backed Potato Soup that they had (don't know if they still do). Used heavy cream instead of half and half and didn't peel potatoes. Was thicker with the heavy cream.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Reviewed on Jun. 30, 2008 by SUELLEY
Made this last nite for hubby who's on this "I've gained 5 pounds and feel fat" kick. It was awesome! Did make a few changes: We used Hot and Spicy V-8 juice, added an extra packet of onion soup mix, 1/2 bottle of tiger sauce and an extra can of green beans. We both thought it was tasty and healthy!.... until we added a few of the croutons from the Panzanella salad from this site! LOL
