Sometimes,...most times! it seems to me that my life has very little order. I have two toddler daughters, a very large puppy, a screaming cat, some fish (they don't make much noise), and a husband that has been likened to a giant. I work at home, at our local grocery store, at my church... I work a lot! I enjoy my downtime and my cooking time when I have them, so when I get the chance to do these things, I revel in them! Other times, you can find me painting murals on the walls of my house, studying a book in a very concentrated manner, or cleaning like a madwoman. It is who I am.

Fajita Marinade I

I love fajitas, usually a special restaurant treat. I've made this twice with chicken, onion, and red/orange bell peppers. I cooked it on high heat to get everything nice and brown, just a little more olive oil in the pan and everything glistens. They are amazing, better than the restaurant by far! One batch marinated overnight and it was a deeper, hotter flavor.

Alice Chicken

Jus thad this recipe, my husband didn't think it was bad...I thought it was okay. Not really sure if I will make this again, I am sure this will definitely appeal to some tastes just not so much mine.
