Honey Orange Basil Chicken

Used this for chicken kabobs, and it made the chunks very moist and tender. All I could taste was orange though, so I'm not sure what the point of the parsley and basil is. Will have to tweak it a bit more, maybe with garlic and grated onion.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Even without bacon, this is delicious! I takes quite a bit of time and effort (my guest said, "Wow, you are very patient!"), so I won't do these often. But it will definately be a special treat when I do!

Chinese Green Bean Stir-Fry

I enjoyed this recipe...but next time I will cut back on the amount of black bean sauce used. I would prefer just a hint of taste. There will definitly be a next time!

My Best Clam Chowder

This was fantastic! I did add Old Bay seasoning like other readers suggested. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because it wasn't thick like clam chowder. Will try again though, maybe with more flour? Thanks again!

Shrimp Scampi IV

This dish was awesome! I seasoned my shrimp with black pepper, parsley, paprika, garlic and onion powder beforehand. I melted 3 tbsp of margarine and mixed it with the wine, 4 cloves minced garlic and a tbsp of sherry and a good dash of lemon juice. I broiled it all on low for 12 minutes. Everyone LOVED it. Next time I'll make a roux out of cornstarch to thicken the sauce a little--it'll stick to the pasta. THANKS SO MUCH!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This was easy to prepare and I had every thing in my staples which is always a bonus. The chicken is flavorfull and moist. I only wish I had reduced the liquid down more for a more syrupy sauce then added the mushrooms. I think the mushrooms were preventing my sauce from really reducing. Thanks for sharing.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Yummy, just slightly better than my mom's recipe (must be the sugar). But 1 cup of milk is too much, so good thing I added it gradually as the recipe says. I would say 2/3 cup is more like it.
