Yum! So simple and perfect. Not super fancy, but real cranberries and spices. Classic!

This was fantastic! Made it just like the recipe said, but did cut down both white and brown sugar. Was still really sweet, but perfect. Easy and so good!

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

My husband made this and we absolutely LOVE it. While it was cooking we kept saying "this better taste as good as it smells" and it does. Had leftovers for days. Serving size 6 is more like 10+.

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
I made this just like it said except baked them instead of fried. Would have rated it a 1 but I didn't fry like recipe recommended. Batter was goopy and just tasted like freezer burned Orieda fries out of a bag. I'm sticking to my oven fries. If you want to try this, fry them!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
These are simple and delicious. I don't add the corn and use a can of black beans instead of refried, but they roll up easy and bake crispy. We smother ours with enchilada sauce, cheese and a bit of lettuce. Makes them really restaurant quality. Also, I add 1/2 cup or so of the enchilada sauce to the meat mixture to make it moist and flavorful. I don't know how 2 cups of sauce would do. Tasty!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Been making these for years. A real no fail by using the dough cycle. Only thing I don't like is they harden so fast, but such is life. Usually they don't last that long anyway. We like to add nuts to ours.

Mandarin Pork Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
This was fabulous! I made it with a boneless roast and omitted the oranges, but used the rub and marinade as directed. Loved the sweet sauce the roast made in the pan, even dipped my slices in it to optimize flavor. Great Sunday dinner. Use a thermometer to avoid overcooking as that really ruins pork. Thanks!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Very good. I had a problem with the sauce separating on me but adding the water at the end helped smooth it out a bit. Didn't look real pretty, but tasted great. I also added 1 chicken breast cut in strips and sauteed with the mushrooms to add a little more bulk. Will make again!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
this was pretty good! it does NOT take 45 minutes to bake however... i freaked out when i turned on the light to check on it after about 25 minutes and it was practically burned! the bread has a heavy lead texture and the cinnamon swirl is a bit too biting cinnamon for me.

No Beans About It - Chili

This was a great recipe. My hubby can't stand beans, so this worked out very well. I cooked the meat on the stove with the seasonings and then put everything in the crockpot on low for about 4 hours. Delish!!

Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This was pretty good. it could have used more pumpkin and I don't even like pumpkin that much. I used a cinnamon syrup instead. it wasn't crispy but it was soft and i liked the consistency. I might try to make again and add more pumpkin.

Cinnamon Syrup

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This was my first time actually making syrup! This syrup was really easy to make and it tasted good it was just a little bit too thick for me. Really dark and thick and over masked the flavor of the pumpkin waffles i made it with. I probably won't make this again but if you like thick syrup you'll definitely like it. I LOVED the cinnamon flavor to it.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
I didn't like these very much. They're an okay cookie like straight out of the oven but after they're just a little bit old they're just gross. i thought it was WAY too much peanut butter and that made it a difficult thing to eat rather than an enjoyable thing. other than that it was a VERY easy recipe to follow.

Garlic Teriyaki Edamame

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
I loved these, was looking for something to do with Edamames glad I found something. My two year liked them also, although I think next time I make them I will removed the beans from the pod after the water has been boiled to absorb some of the flavoring. The pods are to hard to eat so might as well take them out.
