Fudge Brownies I

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
They are fantastic.I was looking for something quick and easy, this fits the bill for sure.I only used 3 eggs and I cut back on the sugar to 1 3/4 cups...I know its not much but it made them not sooo sweet. They are very soft on the inside and cooking for 33 minutes they came out purfect! I will save this recipe and make them again for sure...

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: May 31, 2007
This recipes make the most delicious and moist muffins I have ever tasted. We are big muffin fans and I have tried several recipes and this is the best thus far.I added some honey and some cinnamon and some vanilla like some other reviews had said...and that just added more flavor, not that they need much doctor-ing! I have made these 2 times in the past week, the 1st was to try it and the 2nd time was to use up the bananas AND my family asked for more!!! 5 stars all the way.

This is sooo yummy! I followed the recipe to a T...except..I put the remaining batter into the refridgerator until the other was done baking! My family loves anything chocolate and this was great! I couldnt let it sit for the 2 hours to cool,so after an hour I cut some and had to try it! Very good! Will make it again for sure!

Alternative Baked Salmon

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2004
my husband went fishing for salmon this past couple of months and we dont know what other recipe there is for salmon aside from the basic salt, pepper, lemon baked salmon. when i saw and tried this recipe, i tell you-it's amazingly flavorful, tasty and i will definitely serve this to guests for dinner or potluck at church. concerened about calories? try using light mayonaise. don't use salt anymore but try using regular bottled mustard instead.
