Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Submitted by: DANIELLE M.
This is the 'secret' Greek dressing recipe from the pizzeria that I work at. The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant!

This recipe is very similar to a chicken dish served at a local well-known restaurant. A friend of mine was kind enough to share it. It includes chicken breasts topped with mushrooms, bacon and cheese cooked in a honey-mustard sauce.

An elegant, easy-to-make chicken dish bursting with flavors of sun dried tomatoes and creamy white wine sauce. My husband calls it the classiest meal I serve because it's exactly like what you order in a fancy restaurant! Very low in fat and calories, and it only takes 1/2 hour from start to finish. Pairs nicely with roasted baby potatoes and steamed broccoli.
