Buttery Corn Casserole

It was okay, a little bland. If you have leftovers and you re-heat the next day, the crackers on the inside are mushy.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

Fantastic! We all really liked this - hubby asked to have it again! Large compliment from him! Used cast iron skilled, and they browned beautifully. Thanks Eve!
