So easy! Co-workers LOVED it and I thought it turned out great. Was a little different than most recipes I've found and in my book, different is always good.

Spicy Coconut and Lime Grilled Shrimp

My Housemates loved this. I thought it was good but couldn't really taste enough coconut. Next time maybe I would add coconut milk to thin out the marinade (was really thick!) and give an extra coconut kick.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

I followed most of the suggestions of adding corn, black beans, green chilies, etc...and it was fantastic! My housemates had their doubts when I told them the name...I think they finished it off before I could have any leftovers.

Parmesan Fondue

Fantastic! Thought it was best with broccoli, cubed bread, chunks of ham, and oven fried potatoes. I love this recipe because it doesn't clump up. It's just creamy, yummy goodness...

Fruited Cabbage Salad

Very easy to make and delicious! Tasted even better when it sat for a couple of hours! The dressing wasn't too heavy. I added a another apple and banana and put in dried cranberries because I don't care for raisins. It was superb!

Campfire Banana Splits

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
This was so easy to just assemble and wrap then throw in the coals. We made an assembly line to speed things along. Our camping experience wasn't the best but there were a lot of compliments on the bananas!
