Peanut Butter Bars I

Very yummy for the peanut butter lover in your life! I even made using chips ahoy cookie crumbs because I was out of graham crackers. It was just as good!

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2009
I was drawn to this recipe because it had real chocolate and real cream in it, not chocolate pudding. I actually didn't like it all that much, but I still gave it 4 stars because it is a good recipe. I think I just don't care for banana cream pie. :) My friend & husband liked it a lot. I used a graham crust and that worked well.

This was a really good recipe. DH and I have never had cream corn other than "out of a can," so this was an awesome change! Thanks for the recipe. We will be making this again!

Campbell's Kitchen Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Fixed this last night and my family loved it! I put my pace picante sauce in the blender first b/c my kiddos don't like chunks. I made extra sauce and covered the bottom of the dish first. My hubby said these are better than the restaurants.. and we live in Texas where Mexican food is plentiful!!

This is a great recipe. I have found that it isn't as good if you use the marinated artichokes.

Best Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
Pretty good- after tinkering around with it. As it is, it's a very easy and nice recipe, although a bit bland and not very sweet. I added two cups of powdered sugar and about 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to make a chocolate frosting. With those adjustments, it was perfect! Dreamy and smooth. I most likely just have a big sweet tooth, but if I make it again without the cocoa powder, I'll probably end up making it a bit sweeter.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
These are 10 stars! Just finished baking mine and have already ate a few!! I unwrapped my peanut butter cups ahead of time and froze them. Then cooled the cookies in the fridge for 10 mins. I put mine in mini cupcake paper for easier removal from the pan. These are AWESOME! My kids new favorite!

My family and I loved these! I did add taco seasoning to the meat once it was cooked. This added lots of flavor! Used enchilada sauce from a can to save time. Will definitely make this again!

These are really yummy! I used crushed M&Ms and they were a hit. Only complaint was that arround the edges it was more crumbly that I would have liked. I did use honey instead. Seems much better than corn syrup.
