About me:
I am a full-time working mom. I don't get to cook as much as I'de like to. But when I do get the chance to make something new, I look forward to it. I absolutely love to cook. Wish I would have gone to culinary school and became a master chef.

Lemon Artichoke Romaine Salad

Reviewed on May 9, 2008 by Becca
My parents and I thought it would have tasted just as good with cucumbers instead of artichokes, and we have a LOT of cucumbers from our garden. I also used a little bit more lemon juice than it called for since when I tasted the dressing initially it tasted like olive oil predominantly. Overall, a good recipe and one will will try again!

Scalloped Potatoes II

Reviewed on Jan. 7, 2008 by MRSW00DY
This recipe is failproof and is the perfect starting point for great scalloped potatoes. I have made this recipe a few times and it's turned out great each time. I took the advise of other reviewers and pumped up this dish with salt, cayanne peper, thyme and garlic.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed on Aug. 16, 2007 by froggytat
Could use a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors, but still a huge hit with everyone. I made the recipe into a couple of cookie cakes that disappeared with amazing speed!
