This is my favorite way to prepare scallops. They're so flavorful they don't really need much more than a little butter and lemon. I like to serve them with a nice rice pilaf and vegetable.

This is a family recipe passed along by my late cousin David. It is so simple...just four ingredients thrown in the slow cooker! Not only is it great to come home to a hot delicious meal...your home will smell wonderful too! It is great with the extra gravy spooned over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

This recipe was graciously shared with me by a Jamaican friend, many years ago. It makes a delicious sauce, different from any other cranberry sauce I've ever tasted or made. It does not "gel" but you do want to cook it long enough to make a good, thick consistency. You can use 1 tablespoon of excellent quality ground cinnamon instead of the cinnamon stick, if you prefer. A quick-prep chicken breast recipe that gives a twist to basic barbecue chicken. I throw the chicken breasts in frozen, and serve this with baked potatoes. The sauce makes a great topping for the potatoes. To vary the flavor, try different types of barbecue sauce.
