Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed on Jun. 30, 2009 by SusieQ
I have this exact recipe, but it is called "NO PEEK CHICKEN" (because, once it is firmly covered with foil, in the oven, just let it alone to cook; "NO PEEKING!!"). This is good to make for those days when I am busy and don't have time to fuss over dinner, but still am able to serve a tasty hot meal the whole family enjoys.

Crispy Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed on Jun. 25, 2009 by pickycook
This was GREAT! I also added Parmesan cheese to the crushed croutons. I also put in a little garlic, Italian spices, and a touch of salt. I made it two days in a row!!
