Red Velvet Cake III

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by Nandabear
I made these for my daughter's birthday and they were very good. I added one extra tbs of cocoa powder and 1 tsp vanilla since some of the others had mentioned a lack of flavor. They were light, moist and delicious. The icing was good too and not too sweet.

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by Nandabear
Fantastic recipe. My family is very fond of gingersnaps and I wanted to try a new recipe. I ended up deciding to double the batch and other than that I also added 2 tsps. of ground cloves since we like them extra spicy. The aroma throughout the house was unbelievable. We could hardly wait for them to cool to dig in.

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed on Nov. 16, 2009 by Chesse Queen
I love Lemon! & this hit the spot. I took the advice of the other reviews(using smaller pan), & used whole wheat flour intsead. didn't have regular, but still came out as a 5 star.
